About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Acton, you’ll support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and emotional or behavioural challenges. You’ll be working 1:1 or in small groups to ensure every child gets the support they need.
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you must:
✔️ Have previous experience working with children with special educational needs
✔️ OR have experience in a school or classroom-based setting
✔️ Be confident, calm, and caring in your approach
✔️ Be able to commute to Acton reliably each day
✔️ Be passionate about inclusive education and making learning accessible for all
