The Role: As an SEN Teacher in Slough, you will deliver highly differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), PMLD, MLD, and complex needs. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Creating a structured, inclusive, and happy learning environment.

  • Tailoring the curriculum to meet individual EHCPs.

  • Promoting independence, communication, and emotional regulation.

  • Utilising adaptive teaching strategies to engage students of varying abilities.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Essential.

  • Experience working with SEN (ASD, PMLD, MLD) in either a special school or mainstream setting.

  • A resilient, calm, and patient approach to behavior management.

  • A passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
