🌈 The Role – Primary Teacher
As a Primary Teacher in Hertfordshire, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment

Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively

Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with additional needs, including SEND

Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and senior leaders

Build strong relationships with parents and carers

Promote positive behaviour management strategies

Contribute to the wider school community in Hertfordshire
This Primary Teacher role in Hertfordshire offers the opportunity to teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your experience and preference.
✅ Qualifications Required
To be considered for this Primary Teacher position in Hertfordshire, you must have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, BEd or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the UK Primary National Curriculum

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
