The SEN Teaching Assistant Role in Thatcham

As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Thatcham, you will work closely with the Lead Teacher and another SEN Teaching Assistant to provide personalised educational and pastoral support.

Responsibilities will include:

Desirable Experience

  • SEN Teaching Assistant experience within specialist education settings

  • Alternative Provision experience

  • Hospital School, CAMHS, or Secure Setting experience

  • Trauma-informed practice
