SENDhelp is recruiting an enthusiastic, caring and experienced EYFS Nursery / Preschool Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive school in Bristol.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bring energy and creativity into the classroom and make a real difference in children’s early learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities

Support children within an EYFS preschool setting, encouraging their learning, development and independence.

Plan and deliver fun, creative and age-appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.

Support children’s communication, language, social and emotional development.

Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels valued.

Work closely with teachers and nursery staff to support daily routines and classroom activities.

Support children with additional learning needs, adapting activities to suit individual abilities.

Observe children’s progress and contribute to their learning and development.

Maintain excellent safeguarding and welfare standards.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working within an EYFS, nursery, preschool or early years setting is essential.

A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
Confidence supporting children with different learning and developmental needs.

A proactive, reliable and flexible attitude.

Availability to work full-time and start as soon as possible.
-
An EYFS or childcare qualification would be advantageous.
