Requirements for Learning Support Assistant:
- Enchaned DBS Check required
- Possesses a friendly demeanour and is a dedicated team player.
- Capable of managing 1:1 student interaction, 2:1 situation, and effectively handling challenging behaviour.
- Finds enjoyment in working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Demonstrates the ability to establish positive working relationships.
