Experienced Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 | Watford

Your Responsibilities as a Nursery Practitioner:

Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-5.

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s developmental milestones and EYFS outcomes.

Monitor and record children’s progress through detailed observations and assessments.

Collaborate with parents and carers, offering regular feedback and updates on their child’s progress.

Uphold safeguarding practices and maintain a high standard of care at all times.

Support the emotional and social development of each child, promoting inclusion and positive behaviour.
What We’re Looking For:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).

Minimum 6 months of recent experience working within a nursery or early years setting.

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding frameworks.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for working with young children.
