Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- 1:1 and Small Group Teaching: Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and complex needs.
- Adapt and Inspire: Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that meet the individual learning needs of each child, ensuring they are supported in reaching their full potential.

The ideal Primary Teacher would have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
