We are looking for a SEN Teacher to join a renowned and well-known, all-age special school based in Ealing from February half term.
This large special needs school caters for students aged 3 to 19 that have a variety of needs including autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or severe learning difficulties (SLD) profound/multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs.
This role is a long-term supply role for a minimum of 1 year, there would however be potential for the role to become permanent or to be extended further for the right SEN Teacher. Your new class will be based in the schools SLD department supporting eight pupils alongside a team of 4 teaching assistants, who are assigned to your students and classroom.
Given the broad range of needs this school can support they are fortunate enough to have wonderful facilities including; two large halls, a computer room, a hydrotherapy pool, a soft play room, a library, a family room, an observational mirror room, dark room and sensory theatre. There are also an abundance of outside spaces available to staff and children, allowing you to do your job to the best of your ability.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a supportive team of staff at a vibrant Ealing SEND school.
