With a mission to reassure, enable and support being at the heart of what we do, we value the core skills that care staff require in order to achieve exceptional and safe outcomes for those we care for.

With a central focus on adult health and social care, and children with special needs and disabilities, SENDhelp is able to find career paths for those experienced in or with an interest in supporting adults service users within the community and in residential settings. We provide a solid service that offers a variety of positions including office-based positions such as Care Coordinators, Branch Managers and HR staff, but also specialise in finding key workers including Field Care Supervisors, Support Workers and Care Workers.

By forming a close working relationship with our partner care providers and candidates, we will not only find our candidates their dream jobs, but will support our clients with finding the right staff to organise and practice safe care for all. We can offer outstanding development opportunities to our candidates and will ensure they are vetted to the most stringent standards within the industry.

Why SENDhelp?

SENDhelp has been established to bring change to the industry as we currently know it.

When it comes to supporting those within health and social care, it can be hard to ensure that the correct resources are in place to support each service user, including the staff necessary to provide that support. Not only is there a shortage of skilled and trained staff within the industry, we find that recruitment and supply agencies often fail to understand the complex requirements needed to increase quality of care. All too often, we find that the desire to simply place a body in a certain position and collect a fee, is put above the needs of a care provider. Taking the time to fully appreciate the unique requirements of every individual case can sometimes be forgotten, and this in turn makes life harder for care providers leading to more time and money being spent on resourcing, higher staff turnover, and less positive outcomes for staff and service users.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help care providers and candidates in a way that is meaningful: backed by a strong understanding of the challenges that older people face. We use our experience to match candidates to job roles accordingly, based on the specific skills required so that each service user benefits from our 3 step mission: reassure, enable and support. We pride ourselves on quality.
